As part of the EPA Hazardous Material Cleanup Grants received in 2009 for the Water Street Project, the City's evironmental consultant has prepared an "Analysis of Brownfield Cleanup Alternatives" (ABCA) for each of the three grants. The draft ABCA documents will be available for review and comment until November 23, 2009.
